Our cancellation policy deviates from the GTCs as follows:
- More than 3 months before arrival: 0% of the total price
- 1 to 3 months before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 0 to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
- In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

We have concluded an agreement with CapCorn Company Software GmbH pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR as a data processor, ensuring that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our mandate.
