We disclose your personal data to third parties (hotel partners or other tourist service providers) as part of these data processing operations based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (if necessary for processing a booking transaction) or based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for the use of corresponding booking software. We have concluded an agreement with CapCorn Company Software GmbH pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR as a data processor, ensuring that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our mandate.
